Childeren go for Chesterton in the Park Polo experience
Children all over London will be chomping at the bit to join the biggest kids party of the summer at this year’s Chestertons Polo in the Park. Throughout the festival of polo, which takes place at Hurlingham Park, Fulham, children will be queuing up to get into the hottest club in town, “Little Hooves Kids Club” which will be run by London’s premier children’s entertainers, Sharky & George, in partnership with Original Travel and Eddie Catz.

Taking place on each of the three days of Chestertons Polo in the Park, the “Little Hooves Club” will feature every child’s favourite activities such as a bouncy castle, fantastic face painting, a soft play zone, a giant inflatable assault course, face painting and glitter station, tattoo station, a brilliant arts and craft area for children to get more creative and the return of ‘the pink panther slide’. So many fun games you’ll be wishing you were a child again!

As well as being the exciting climax of the three-day tournament, Finals Day (Sunday 7 June) is all geared up to provide a grand finale of fun for children of all ages. Before the action kicks off, Children’s activities organised by Sharky & George will take over the hallowed turf at Hurlingham Park from 11:30 to 1:30 in our Sunday morning “Pitch Invasion” that will include:

• Mini polo matches on space hopper ponies
• Rocket balloon mega launches
• Humongous inflatable beach balls
• Strawberry bootlace eating world championships
• Catapulting 500 water bombs to stratospheric heights
• Longest conga known to Fulham
• Enormously long Tug-of-Wars
• Huge game of Sharky’s footsteps with hundreds of sweets

George Whitefield from Sharky & George, said “Having the opportunity to run the Little Hooves Club at Chestertons Polo in the Park is awesome! We are both incredibly excited and have planned three days of fun-filled action for kids of all ages.”

Managing Director of Sportgate and organiser of Chestertons Polo in the Park, Rory Heron, said “We are delighted to have London’s most exciting kids entertainers, Sharky & George, at this year’s Chestertons Polo in the Park. The addition of the Little Hooves Club will bring a real family atmosphere to Hurlingham Park, I just wish I was a child again looking at the games Sharky & George have in store!”

Now in its seventh year, Chestertons Polo in the Park is an established three-day sporting spectacle that brings world class polo to the heart of London. The adapted rules make for a more exciting spectator-friendly game and with Sharky & George at the helm, it really is a party for the whole family!
