France's Orient Express caught by a virus

France's Orient Express caught by a virus
France's top stallion, Orient Express, seemed to be on his way to the top level again. After a long period out of action, the pair seemed to be back in shape after a sixth place in the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix in Antwerp and a Grand Prix victory in Cagnes sur Mer.

However at the CSIO5* in La Baule the rider noticed Orient Express was not in his usual form. The Quick Star-son left the arena with three jumping faults. After the necessary clinical research Delaveau has now announced the reason; a Virus.

Because of Orient's medical condition, Delaveau has decided to leave his favorit stallion at the stable this week. The pair plans to be back in action at this month's CHIO Nations Cup in Rotterdam. For the French show jumpers this is the final qualifier for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.  Meanwhile Delaveau has announced to have started his trainings with Orient yet again.
