Jérome Guery about JumpingClash Challenge and his new ride Giovanni van het scheefkasteel
Jumping Antwerp will change concepts this year (read here). The Global Champions Tour will no longer make a stop in Belgium, but the new concept JumpingClash Challenge will start in Antwerp. Jérome Guery, Belgium's olympic rider took a little of his time to tell us his view on this new concept.

"This new concept is well thought-out. Probably the future will show us that there is still room for improvement, but the system looks promising." Guery enlightens further his admiration. "What makes it so interesting is mainly that it makes our sport very easily understandable and accessible to the outside world."

According to Guery the system is simple. "The results are immediately available. I also see a future for this format on a international 5* level. The additions are higher and there is more at stake, according to me (Guery) it will promise an exciting fight."

Briefly about his new horse Giovanni van het scheefkasteel (read here). Guery confirms the quality of the horse. The two will appear at CSI2* in Lier "There I want to see how this 10-year-old Darco-son performs at an indoor match. If it doesn't go well, there is still the outdoor season. "
