Martin Fuchs replaces Holger Wulschner at World Cup Final
The German rider Holger Wulschner has to cancel on the World Cup finals in Oamaha. His horse BSC Skipper has attracted a in the hoof infection and therefore is not fit to compete. Team veterinarian Jan Hein Swagemakers estimates that the infection is not cured on time. And therefore it was decided to take no risks.

"I was looking forward to start in Omaha, but the health of Skipper comes in first place for me" Holger told the FN.

The 53-year-old rider had been planning for Omaha and had already canceled his competitions in Spain.

Now Holger has backed out only five German jumping riders are in for the final in Omaha. Among them are the three debutantes Guido Klatte yr., Markus Brinkmann (Herford) and Christian Hein King. In addition, Marcus Ehning and Ludger Beerbaum will travel to the USA to participate.

First reserve Martin Fuchs from Switserland will nog replace Wulschner and join his colleague Steve Guerdat and Romain Duguet.
