William Fox-Pitt's Chilli Morning retired
Eventingrider William Fox-Pitt has announced the official retirement of his Olympic horse Chilli Morning (by Phantomic) on his Facebook. Fox-Pitt and the 17-year-old stallion placed 12th at the last Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Before the pair won the 2015 BAdminton Trials and claimed a bronze and silver medal at the WEG in Caen in 2014.

On his Facebook Fox-Pitt writes;
"The amazing Chilli Morning left us yesterday for a happy retirement. In his career with Team Fox-Pitt he has been 3 times winner at Bramham Park, the only stallion to win Badminton (2015).

Has won Bronze at Europeans 2013 and World Championships 2014, and was the highest placed GB horse at Rio 2016 Chilli is pictured here with William and Jackie as he prepared to leave Team Fox-Pitt. A very emotional day for us all!"
