Opinion; Jumping Roeser probably the only competition with a solution!
While Spruce Meadows and Paris are hosting their international CSI5* competitions the small state Luxembourg welcomes the international threestar riders hosting the 6th leg of the FEI Nations Cup Series of the European League Division II.

Yesterday Belgium jumped to glory confirming their leading position in the Nations Cup series. Today the weather is playing a disaster role.

With a bad forecast the risk for the international horses on the grass arena is to big, but that doesn't limit the organisation.

It's not often we post an opinion article but here it is; a message of respect for the organisers of the CSIO3* Roeser (Reiser Paerdsdeeg).

All classes for today have been cancelled on the grass arena  nevertheless the competition goes on. In less than one hour the organising committee found a solution in the huge outdoor sand warm-up.

The crew only needed one hour to transform an outdoor grass competition in a professional high-standard sand ring fit for the international level.

we are truly impressed! Our respect for probably one of the best organising committees  in the world! A competition where they find a solution to ensure the wel being of horse and rider!
