Alexandra Crown is in a winning streak in Brussels
She was the winner of yesterday’s Prestige League, and today Alexandra Crown took the top honours in the Prestige League Grand Prix presented by BHV.

Only two of the 31 riders in the class managed do deliver double clear rounds in this 1.30m competition with a jump-off, and against the clock it was the American rider and her 13-year-old gelding Quentucky Jolly (Nirvana V x Ultra Chic x) that were the fastest to stop the clock at 41.26 seconds.

Over four seconds behind Crown followed Israel’s Haley Elizabeth Schaufeld on Farah Van Klapscheut (Vigo d'Arsouilles x Heartbreaker) to take the runner-up position. With one down in the jump-off, Spain’s Susana Epaillard had to settle for third with Virgule d’Auge (Gurana Champeix x Unau du Fonteny), while Germany’s Marie-Sophie Kortsch also had to add four faults against the clock aboard Cor de Diamant (Diamant de Semilly x Cor de La Bryere) to end fourth. Fifth went to Belgium’s Malta Forrest on Cantonia By Marstyl (Cassus x Graf Top).

Fast Belgians on top of the Prestige league

Anke de Breukcer and Justice van’t Verloren Kost (Cicero Z x Robijn van het Lindenhof) were leading the way in this morning’s 1.10m Prestige League presented by CWD, as a Belgian trio finished on top.

Against the clock, this morning’s competition was all about speed from beginning to end and it was De Breucker that was the quickest to stop the clock at 53.56 seconds. Three seconds behind followed Charlotte van den Bosch on Zandorette BZ (Zandor Z x -Carthago Z), while Jordy van Massenhove finished third on Myanmar Van Kojakhoeve Z (Mr Blue x Sheyenne de Baugy).

Japan’s Sena Watanabe ended fourth, and France’s Benedicte Girod fifth.
