British riders have a good start this morning at the various Spring Tours
This weekend many Brits have traveled to the sunny south to jump at the many Spring Tours that are being held in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. And that is not without success. Last weeks British riders have won many prizes in the sun and this morning is no exception.

In Vilamoura Vanessa Jobson-Scott was off to a good start today with her BWP bred Arthur van de Helle (v. Conorde). Aboard the gelding she won the 1.10 CSI1* with a record breaking time of 61.75 seconds. Home rider Nicole Vilarinho came nowhere close to beat te time with her mare Carelina (v. Calido I). The Portuguese rider clocked 66.02 and finished in second. Belgian rider Luis Felipe De Azevedo finished in third wit his mare mare Quinola de La Motte. They rode a controlled round and clocked 71.51 seconds.

At the French coast it was Louise Saywell that was unbeatable in the 1.40m class of the CSI2* at Cagnes-Sur-Mer.  The British rider stayed ahead of a legion of Frensch riders with her Feigtling by putting the smashing time of 67.88 seconds on the clock.  French rider Olivier Perreau and Venus du Miral did do his best to beat Saywell but fell behind with their clear round in 69.03 seconds. Irish Shane Breen managed to cling on to a third place with his CSF Vendi Cruz.
