Laura Chapot dominates the Winter Equestrian Festival
On American soil at the Palm Beach Florida it's time for the Winter Equestrian Festival this weekend. Yesterday we saw our first participants.

In the 1m45 it was Kevin Babington and his Super Chilled (by Gelvin Clover) in 59.97 seconds who rode to victory. Putting Irish rider Conor Swail in second place with the Cassini 1 son Quite Cassini in 64.16 seconds.

Nick Novak placed third with Dirkie Z (by Dutch Capitol) in 68.15 seconds, followed closely by Richard Neal and Ida Gold on fourth place, while Ansgar Holtgers and Quick Petite Folie finished at fifth place.

We also saw Laura Chapot star in both the 1m40 shows. The first one she won with her Quick Star son ISHD Dual Star in 39.59 seconds during an incredibly fast jump-off. Staying ahead of Deborah Stehphens and her Everest who finished in 42.61 seconds. Third place went to Kevil Mealiff and his Casquino.

In the other 1m40 show it was also Lauro Chapot who dominated this course. She rode to the victory with her Zealous (by Royal Kaliber) with whom she finished in 59.61 seconds. While also taking home a third place with Quointreau un Prince and ending up on a fourth place also with her Shooting Star. In second place we found Nicholas Dello Joio and his Paolo 233 (by Pontifex).
