It was Switzerland's Martin Fuchs that was the fastest in this second round. With the eleven year old grey Clooney (s. Cornet Obolensky) he rode a clear round in a time of 41.18 seconds. He was even faster than the always fast rider Simon Delestre, who finished with Chesall Zimequest (s. Casall) in a time of 41.27 seconds. This duo ended in second place. The Italian rider Emanuele Gaudiano was third with the eleven year old stallion Capsar (s. Berlin). They finished without making any fault in 41.39 seconds.
The top five was completed by Marco Kutscher with Van Gogh (s. Numero Uno) and Edwina Tops-Alexander with California (s. L'Esprit). They finished in respectively 42.42 seconds and 44.40 seconds.
