Philippe Putallaz thrills home audience in Geneva
Yesterday there was the Six Bars in Genève. In the third round there were only four riders left. They had to jump 2m10 to go though. Only one rider knew how to do this. The Swiss Philippe Putallaz entertained his home audience. He rode Vancouver IV (v. Cento). Putallaz tried to break the record in Geneva. Therefore he had to jump 2m15, unfortunately he couldn't do it.

The Belgian rider Jérome Guery went over the jump of 2m10 but took a bar down before. He rode Hij reed met Garfield de Tiji Des Templiers (v. Quasimodo Z x Goldspring de Lauzelle). He shared his second place with the Canadian Christopher Surbey who rode Carnaval (v. Chacco-Blue) and the Swiss Niklaus Rutschi with Clearwater (v. Clearway).
