Ramzy Al Duhami speeds to glory in Al Rayyan

The first day at the international show jumping in Al Rayyan, Qatar concluded with a 1.50m build class dominated by Saudi -Arabian show jumping riders aboard Belgian bred horses.

Ramzy Al Duhami speeded to victory aboard Jan Winters' breeding product, Garlic vh Kapelhof (Tauber van het Kapelhof x Orlando). The Belgian Warmblood-stallion crossed the finish in 62.80 seconds.

Abdulrahman Bader Alrajhi followed as runner-up with the 15-year-old Chilli Pepper van de Helle (Cumano x Sheynne de Baugy). In the past Chilli Pepper was competed by Belgium's Kristof Cleeren and Niels Bruynseels. This time the stallion crossed the finish in 64.97 seconds.

Abdullah Waleed Alsharbatly completed the stage with the Thunder vd Zuuthoeve-son, Domingo. Also competed by Niels Bruynseels in the past, as well as Daniel Deusser.

The top five was completed by Janika Sprunger with her KWPN-horse, Aris CMS (BMC Nassau x Amethist) in fourth and Vladimir tuganov with sinfonie 168 (by Satisfaction FRH).
