Scott Brash takes first thrilling fivestar win in Monte Carlo
The first international CSI5* class has been battles in Monte Carlo. In this 1.45m high Longines Ranking class, Scott Brash jumped to victory in the saddle of the 13-year-old Contendro I-daughter, Hello Annie. The pair claimed the over 8,000 euro win in 24.28 seconds.

Brash took the lead on David Will with the 17-year)old Selle Français-daughter of Cruising, Mic Mac du Tillard.

The German show jumping rider crossed the finish clear in 24.59 seconds leaving Jessica Springsteen in a third place with her Belgian Warmblood horse, Davendy S (by Kashmir van Schuttershof).

the top five was completed by Ireland's Denis Lynch (RMF Bella Baloubet , by Baloubet du Rouet) in fourth and Dutch Leopold van Asten (VDL Groep Beauty, by For Pleasure) in fifth.
