Walshe and Bettinger take victories in Vilamoura's morning classes
While counting down for this afternoon's Grand Prix, several classes of the CSI3* competition have already been ridden in Vilamoura.

In the 1,40m class, it was Marc Bettinger who jumped to victory. He and his Vesta de Coquerie (f. Indoctro) left the wood untouched and finished in 51,17 seconds. Chloe Aston and her 12-year old gelding Amigo T (v. Padinus) ended on second place. They jumped a clear round in 51,97 seconds. Timothy Page and Elvera (f. Amadeus) completed the top three.

Marco Valante Oliveira (Upercut Kervec) and Cecilie Hatteland (Vesta III) ended on fourth and fifth place. They finished in respectively 55,03 and 55,89 seconds.

In the 1,20m class it was Tracy Walshe who speeded to victory. Together with Simplt Fernhill (f. Dario) this Irish rider jumped a clear second phase in 25,81 seconds. Abbie Summers and Domino VI (f. Mr Darcy) ended on second place. They left the wood untouched and finished in 26,39 seconds. The third place went to an Irish rider as well: Charles O'Reilly Hyland and Enigma (f. Escudo I) jumped a clear round in 26,84 seconds.

Charlotte Meikle (Virginia 188) and Sofie Smeigh (Terregatte du Rouet) completed the top five.
