Approved stallion Icarus moves to Jérome Guery
The 9-year-old BWP stallion Icarus (ARD Douglas x Sioux de Baugy) has found a new rider in the Belgian Jérome Guery. The AES approved stallion was successfully ridden by Jessica Geurts to a level of CSI2*.

During CSI2 * autumn tour in Olivia the pair got placed fourth in the 1.40m class last year. A week before Geurts and her stallion also took a prize in the 1.35m. Later on home ground at the CSI2 * during the Longines Global Champions Tour in Antwerp they claimed a prize again and finished in second.

The horse that comes from breeder Luc Vandeburie is owned by Tal Milstein Stables and Alex Geurts. Icarus' mother, Ralisca is the half sister of the successful Tarco in Moude (v. Darco. Tarco competed on 5* Grand Prix level and was in action during some Nations Cups.

Icarus as a stallion himsef already has two Zangersheide approved stallions with Icara vd Vijverhoeve Z and  Icara Z. End of December 2016 the stallion already moved to the stables of Tal Milstein in Asse.

The new combination makes their debut next week at the Jumping Amsterdam.
