Stephex Stables invests in half brother of Goja van de Begijnakker
Stephex Stables, which sold Goja vd Begijnakker (Goja 27, v. Wandor vd Mispelaere) to Janne-Friederike Meyer, now also invested in Goja’s half brother Jadis vd Begijnakker (Basje). The horse was owned by Cedric Vanleerberghe.

Goja vd Begijnakker won the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona last year, but also in Hickstead and in the Riders Tour Final he was the very best horse. In the Global Champions Tour of Wien he placed second and at Stephex Masters third.

Also Castres vd Begijnakker, winner of the young horse circuit in Belgium last year, and Chevignon, winner of the national Young Riders circuit, both have the same mother. All of those four brothers have a different father, but the same mother Arianne.

Now ET Auction is auctioning an embryo from the same mother, sired by GP stallion Vleut (ex-Guccio, v. Quickstar). Vleut is the grand son of former World Number one mare Audi Jikke (E. Van der Vleuten). The damline also produced Luxurieuze, Magestueuze, Challenge, Qualité, Keops and many other horses “van de Begijnakker”.
