Henk Nooren returns to France as national trainer

The French federation has officially confirmed Thierry Pomel will succeed Philippe Guerdat. Pomel was before the assistent teamchef. In the future Pomel will compose the French show jumping squad.

Pomel's old position will be taken by former show jumping rider and owner of the écurie du Grand Veneur, Edouard Couperie. His main task and focus will be the French youth team.

Surprising is the comeback of Dutch trainer, Henk Nooren. Nooren was before the national trainer between 2009 and 2012.
