Simone Blum world champion of 2018 in Tryon!
The last round of the final jumping in Tryon was just ended. It was eventually Simone Blum who took the gold Medal with DSP Alice (Askari). It was a tremendous final in Tryon. She rode a beautiful double clear round in the final. Blum surprised everyone in the world with her gold medal. In the last two rounds, she didn't touched a pole with the 11 year old mare.

Blum reached a score of 3,47 seconds and took the gold. The German leading lady know crowns herself to the world's best as first female showjumper ever to win the World Equestrian Games.

The Silver medal was for Martin Fuchs aboard his Clooney (Cornet Obolensky) who reached a score of 6,68 seconds. The pair did a great job with only 2 time penalties in the final round.

The bronze was also for Switserland with former Olympic Champion Steve Guerdat and his Balou du Rouet - mare Bianca.

Mclain Ward and Clinta (Clinton) followed on place four before Carlos Enrique Lopez Lizarazo  and Admara (Padinus). Both riders could hold the clear in the final round.
