The career horse Turbo Z of Dutch rider Kevin Jochems (by Thunder van de Zuuthoeve) has been sold. Kevin Jochems just announced this himself. With Turbo, Jochems won the World Cup in Oslo in October this year.
Michael Greeve's former Grand Prix horse was a perfect match with Kevin Jochems. At the end of November the duo competed at the international competition in Lyon where they finished seventh in the World Cup competition. In short, an iconic duo.
"Incredible Turbo. This amazing horse is sold and left my stables.. And I have to say it’s a very hard goodbye. We had a special connection and we achieved many great results together. I’d like to say thank you to the owner who always believed in me, to Jan Vink who always supported me and the partnership we grew. And to everybody else who was involved in this great journey. But most of all thank you Turbo. I’m sure you will make me proud with your new rider and I wish you both all the happiness for the future", says Kevin Jochems.
The new rider who will take over the reins is not yet known.
