Luciana Diniz; "Lady Lindenhof wants a foals"
Portugal's show jumping rider, Luciana Diniz has announced on het Facebook no longer to compete her chestnut mare Lady Lindenhof. The 15-year-old Selle Français will continue her career for the breeding sport.

"I felt she wasn't giving everything she could. Once again I contacted the horse whisperer to try to understand what was up with Lady. She observe that Lady had had 11 foals by embryo transplant, but never carried one in her own womb. "She wants to be a mother!" And she will. We decided to retire her from the sport now, even if she could continue a bit more. I have a feeling she'll be happier as a mother than as a sport horse."

In 2010 the international career of the Grand Chef Bleus-daughter  (ex. Nangaye du Kergane) started under the saddle of Alexandra Rantet. Kevin Staut produced the mare on a CSI5* level. In 2012 Lady Lindenhof joined Diniz' stables.

The mare will enjoy her retirement at the Haras du Meautry in Deauville, France. Diniz' old jumping partner, Suzie Quattro is stabled at the same center. Also Winningmood will probably enjoy his last days at the same Haras.
