USA shows huge interest in ESI Auction

Last weekend there was a huge interest in the second ESI 'Cloud Seven' Online Show jumper auction. About two thirds of the collection moves to the United States of America.

Last Saturday, six young show jumpers achieved total takings of €298.000 and an average price of €49.667. The top priced horse sold was catalogue nr. 3, Carlos, a licensed son of Casall x Canturano.

A well-known American jumping stable bought the horse for €97.000 after a competitive bidding war and Carlos will eat his oats in Texas in the future. The second most expensive horse, also a stallion, by Cornet Obolensky x Goldfever II will also travel to the USA and was sold to new customers from Oklahoma City for €53.500.

Two further horses will also start their careers in the United States of America. “We would like to thank our customers for the trust they have placed in us and are particularly pleased that the 2. collection of the ESI online “Cloud Seven” auction was so well-liked by our American horse friends”, said the two initiators Otto Vaske and Henrik Klatte. Two young horses remain in Germany and have found homes in notable stables.
