Berlin Eagles win the Global Champions League of Madrid

The Berlin Eagles managed to keep their good form in the second round of the Global Champions League of Madrid by putting down winning rounds again today. Stockholm Hearts made a comeback and finished second. The London Knights had to settle for third place. 


The Berlin Eagles consisting of Christian Kukuk and Philipp Weishaupt again rushed to victory in this second round. Kukuk could count on Checker (by Comme IL Faut 5). The duo noted one jumping fault but were still fast enough to secure the top prize. Weishaupt rode a clear round in the saddle of Coby (by Contagio). 

Second place went to Stockholm Hearts. Malin Baryard-Johnsson and Olivier Philippaerts were the ones to compete in the second round today. Malin Baryard-Johnsson rode H&M Indiana (by Kashmir van Schuttershof) with one jumping fault over the finish line. Olivier Philippaerts and H&M Legend Of Love (by Landzauber) finished with a clear round. 

London Knights cashed in the third spot. Mike Kawai and Goldwin (by Emerald) left all the wood untouched in this second round. Tobias Meyer and Greatest Boy-H (by Carrera VDL) recorded eight penalty points today.
