Double-win for Severo Jesus Jurado Lopez at FEI World Cup in Odense
The dressage FEI World Cup season 16/17 was kicked off this weekend in danish Odense. After winning yesterday's Grand Prix the Spaniard Severo Jesus Jurado Lopez dominated also today's Freestyle and started the season with a double win.

Together with his 10-years-old chestnut Lorenzo (by Lord Loxley) the Denmark-based rider finished with a total score of 82.060%, the only 80+ result of the class. With two Swedish riders claiming second and third position and another one ranked fifth it was again Sweden who dominated the Top 5 of the FEI World Cup in Odense. Tinne Vilhelmson Silfven and her gelding Paridon Magi (by Don Primero) received a score of 79.555% by the 5-headed jury and ended up second. The third place was secured by Rose Mathisen and her Oo Zeven - offspring Zuidenwind, who showed a great performance in yesterday's Grand Prix as well and completed the Freestyle with a score of 77.150%.

Again Australian Kristy Oatley and the Hannovarian gelding Du Soleil (by De Niro) placed fourth with a nice performance awarded with 76.705%. Mads Hendeliowitz and Jimmie Choo Seq (by Sandro Hit) placed fifth and added another Swedish top result to the first World Cup Freestyle class (75.240%).
