Jur Vrieling wins CSI5* at Jumping Amsterdam

With only one class to go, Jumping Amsterdam is slowely coming to a close. It's homerider Jur Vrieling that keeps the win in the Netherlands in the second-to-last class, a CSI5* over 1.45m.

The Dutch jumpingriders proved their worth. Four out of five top five-rankings go to the Dutch Jumping Riders.

Jur Vrieling aboard Fiumicino van de Kalevallei (by Plot Blue) put a time of 26.48 on the clock in a jump-off with twelve combinations. He beat Norwegian rider Johan-Sebastian Gulliksen to it. Gulliksen was in the saddle of Gin Chin van het Lindenhof (by Chin Chin). 

Smolders and Une de l'Ohtain (by Conterno Grande) finish in 26.79 and stay in front of Eric van der Vleuten, who finishes fourth with Kamar van 't Heike (by Epleaser van 't Heike). Gerco Schröder and Glock's Zaranza (by Karandazi) complete the top five. They put a time of 27.83 on the clock. 

Irish rider Eoin McMahon and My Kiwi (by Monte Bellini) finish in 29.56 with a difference of almost a second on first runner up Annelies Vorsselmans - aboard Chichester (by Casall). 

De Ier Eoin McMahon volgt met My Kiwi (v. Monte Bellini) in 29.56 en blijft zo een dikke seconde voor Annelies Vorsselmans die Chichester (v. Casall) in 29.69 rondstuurt. 

French rider Julien Epaillard had a very fast time of 24.34 with Alibi de la Roque (by Mylord Carthago) but dropped a fence, placing them eight. Compatriot Simon Delestre did the same thing, aboard the saddle of Qopolit Batilly Z (by Qlassic Bois Margot). 

Closing the top ten is Belgian rider Dominique Hendrickx, with Bacardi les Haut (by Rexar du Houssoit).
