Eventually it was het French rider Cédric Agnot who took the victory with the 12-year old Tlalic M gelding Saxo de la Cour. This combination left the wood untouched and finsihed in 55,47 seconds. With this he was just under half a second faster then Steve Guerdat, the winner of last night's warming up class, who ended on second place. Guerdat crossed the finish line after 55,82 seconds on the back of his Alamo (f. Ukato). The top three was completed by Patrice Delaveau, who rode Aquila HDC (f. Ovidius) to the finish line in 56,56 seconds.
Felicie Bertrand (Sultane des Ibis) and Mark McAuley (Vivaldi du Theil) completed the top five. They ended respectively on fourth and fifth place.
