Highlights of Wiesbaden today: Klimke wins CDI4* GP,  Sprehe claims CSI4* LR, Jung triumphes in CCI4*-S
Three disciplines of the equestrian sport were highlighted today in Wiesbaden: Eventing, Show jumping and dressage. Who won the biggest classes of these disciplines?

CDI4* Grand Prix

  1. Ingrid Klimke - Franziskus

  2. Anja Plönzke - Tannenhof's Fahrenheit

  3. Borja Carrascosa - Ein Traum 2


Klimke won aboard Franziskus (Fidertanz) with 74,261%, Plönzke followed with Fahrenheit (Fidertanz) in the second place. Spains Borja Carrascosa rode Ein Traum (Estobar NRW) to the third place.

CSI4* Grand Prix 1,50m

  1. Jörne Sprehe - Solero

  2. David Will - Primus vom Neumühler Hof

  3. Charlotte Bettendorf - Raia d'Helby


The first and second place went to Germany in this class too. Sprehe and Solero (Stakkato Gold) won in 63,32 seconds, barely 0,05 second faster than Will with Primus (Perigueux). Luxemburgs Charlotte Bettendorf sent Raia d'Helby (Chapultepec) to the third place. Michael Jung finished fourth, Hikari Yoshizawa fifth.

CCI4*-S Event Rider Masters

  1. Michael Jung - Star Connection

  2. Christopher Burton - Lawtown Chloe

  3. Ingrid Klimke - SAP Hale Bob


Jung was able to win this class for the hosting country with the Chacco-Blue-offspring Star Connection. With 23,4 penalties, they beat Australias Christopher Burton with Chloe (Com Air). Ingrid Klimke piloted SAP Hale Bob (Helikon xx) to the third position with 28,4 penalties.
