Philip Carey takes first victory in tour II at MET Oliva
This week the second tour of the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour Oliva Nova started. Today the first class was the six year old horses on the hight of 1.30m. The fastest in the jump-off was the Irishman Philip Carey who went through the finish in 39.81 seconds with his horse Ballyshan Copa Cabana (by Cobra). Carey came for the first time at the start on the international level with this horse and took the victory today.

The second place was for the Belgian rider Lieven Devos with his horse Mr. Quality Z (by Mr. Blue) who stopped the time in 42.95 seconds. He was followed by Oleg Krasyuk who defended the Ukrainian flag in a time of 43.54 seconds. He did this with the horse Ping Pong (by Pan Am VDL).

The top five was further completed by the French Marie Demonte with Bianca de la Roche (by Diamant de Semilly) in 43.74 seconds and the German Hans-Günther Goskowitz with Dsp Cedric (by Clinton H) in 44.42 seconds.
