Sanne Thijssen wins Grand Prix of Vilamoura
In Vilamoura, the last week of the 'Vilamoura Champions Tour 2016' was concluded with the Grand Prix. In this 1,50m class, 43 combinations entered the show ring and eight of them came back in the jump-off.

In that jump-off, only the top three could keep the zero on the score board. Sanne Thijssen was the fastest. She and Con Quidam RB (Quinar) jumped a clear round in 45,98 seconds. With this time she beat the American Reed Kessler who ended on second place with Cos I Can (Olympic Lux). She jumped a fast round as well, she finished in 47,10 seconds, but in the end this wasn't enough to keep Thijssen from winning. Kerry Mc Cahill and Charly Chaplin S (Harley VDL) completed the top three. The finished in 48,45 seconds.

Celine Schoonbroodt-De Azevedo ended on fourth place with Zamora (Quasimodo Z). She was the fastest rider with 4 faults in 46,73 seconds. Beat Mändlu completed the top five with Simba (Toulon).
