St Tropez Pirates take the GCL win in Hamburg
The second round of the GCL competition just came to an end, individually the course was a qualification for the LGCT Grand Prix of Hamburg. Seventeen out of fiftysix combinations jumped clear rounds.

German rider Maurice Tebbel took the lead in this show, riding the nine year old Don Diarado (Diarado) he finished the course in 68,71 seconds. A time that no one else managed to better. Martin Fuchs finished just 0,5 seconds after Tebbel, good for the second place, he rode the eleven year old stallion Chaplin (Verdi Tn).

Brazilian rider Marlon Modolo Zanotelli took bronze, together with the thirteen year old Diamant de Semilly son Rock'N Roll Semilly he finished in 70,17 seconds.

Marcus Ehning finished fourth with his Pret a Tout (Hiram Chambertin). Piergiorgio Bucci closed of the top five for Italy with Deniro (Argentinus).

The St Tropez Pirates took home the team win in Hamburg, Laura Klaphake (Catch me if you can) and Pieter Devos (Apart and Claire Z) finished on a total of just four points. Only one point difference with the runner up team, Valkenwaard United.

Marcus Ehning (Pret a Tout), Jur Vrieling (VDL Glasgow v Merelsnest NOP) and Maurice Tebbel (Chaccos’Son) took an extra timefault, placing them second.

The Shangai Swans, Shane Sweetnam (Chaqui Z and Indra van de Oude Heihoef) and Pius Schwizer (Living the Dream), took the third podium place, also with a total of five penalties.
