Super German Daniel Deusser flies to victory in Grand Prix Sopot

Sopot's CSI5* 1m60 Grand Prix fell prey to Daniel Deusser. The super German flew to a time of 42.87 seconds aboard his Jasmien vd Bisschop (by Larino) in this qualifier for the Olympics.

As one of the last starters in the jump-off he ensured the fastest time. It was Kristaps Neretnieks who came closest aboard Moon Ray (by Cornet Obolensky) with 44.03 seconds, taking him to second place. Following in third place was Dutch rider Kevin Jochems with his incredible Cristello (by Numero Uno) with whom he finished with 45.02 seconds.

Fellow Dutch rider Jens van Grunsven then took fourth place aboard Cika. For Ireland Peter Moloney and Ornellaia ( For pleasure) finished in fifth place.
