Zorzi takes a great win in World Cup Oslo

In Oslo, the highlight of the weekend was the World Cup. The best riders of the world started in this 1,60m class. Twenty of them jumped a clear first round and could start again in the jump-off. In that jump-off it was Alberto Zorzi who speeded to victory. With Fair Light van T Heike (Vigo d'Arsouilles) under the saddle, he crossed the finish line in 36,93 seconds.

Marcus Ehning ended on second place with Funky Fed. This top combination jumped a clear jump-off in 37,34 seconds. The third place was for the Belgian rider Pieter Devos. Yesterday he already won the Grand Prix with Espoir, today he saddled Dream of India Greenfield (Gem of India). He jumped a clear round in 38,10 seconds.

Steve Guerdat and Piergiorgio Bucci shared the fourth place. Both gentlemen rode a clear jump-off in 38,35 seconds. Bucci rode the 12-year old Casallo Z, Guerdat had the mare Bianca (Cardento) under the saddle. Rolf-Göran Bengtsson became sixth with Casall Ask (Caretino).
