After the first 40 foals and embryos went under the hammer in the Zangersheide auction on Friday, another 38 lots went under the hammer yesterday. The absolute auction topper was a son of Fit For Fun 13 (by For Pleasure). The Eldorado vd Zeshoek stallion changed hands for 160.000 euro.
Cartina JL Z (by Carthago Z), a filly out of Jos Lanskin's Valentina van't Heike, was the second most expensive foal to be sold. She left for 135,000 euro. Kall In H5 des Premices Z (by Kashmir van Schuttershof) brought in 72,000 euro.
