The 1,50m-high Longines Ranking class CSI3* of Zandhoven was just won by Germany's Patrick Stühlmeyer with Chacgrano.
Stühlmeyer sent the twelve-year-old Oldenburger stallion Chacgrano (Chacco-Blue) to the first place in the jump-off with ten starters. His time of 42,37 seconds was not the fastest, but it was the best clear time. Azcarraga and Eye Catcher JB (Cantos) finished second for Mexico in 42,89 seconds. They were almost two and a half seconds faster than Denis Lynch with Rubens LS La Silla for Ireland.
Jessica Mendoza sent Diamants Aurora (Diarado) to a British fourth position, Richard Howley and Seahorse Z (Scendix) finished fifth with the fastest time and four penalties.
