Switzerland wins the CSIO3* 1.45m EEF Nations Cup of Mannheim

In Mannheim, the CSIO3* Longines EEF Nations Cup was finished over two rounds and a jump-off. Over the height of 1.45m team Switzerland proved to be in excellent form and claimed victory! 

Switzerland secured victory in this CSIO3* Longines EEF Nations Cup in Mannheim. Elin Ott and Nanu II (by New Time) remained double clear as the only combination of the team. Niklaus Schurtenberger could count on Quincassi (by Quintero) to stay clear in the second round. A jumping fault in the first round resulted in a drop score result. Edwin Smits and Best Of Berlin BS (by Berlin) dropped their four penalty points in the second round but left all the jumps untouched during the first round. Alain Jufer and Dante MM (by Diarado) recorded a first clear round and saw four penalty points appear behind their name in the second round. In the separate jump-off Alain Jufer had to fight it out further to decide who could claim victory in this Nations Cup. He and Dante MM did not have a single jumping fault and recorded the winning time of 41.03 seconds. 

Germany took care of the silver in this Nations Cup. Kendra Claricia Brinkop and Narcos vd Smidshoeve (by Toulon) made one fault in each round and dropped one of them in the first round. Patrick Stühlmeyer and Carmina (by Casall) had a double clear as did Sophie Hinners and Million Dollar (by Plot Blue). Andre Thieme and Conacco (by Conoglio) secured the eliminated result with their four penalty points in the second round. The jump-off was ridden by Sophie Hinners who completed a clear round of 42.01 seconds and secured second place for the team. 

Sweden secured the bronze medal. The team including Stephanie Holmén and Flip's Little Sparrow (by Cardento 933) recorded a jumping fault in the first round but remained clear in the second. Antonia Pettersson Häggström and Chaccatara (by Chacco-Blue) had a jumping fault, which was deleted, and received two penalty points for time. Fredrik Sptez and Flanagan (by Clinton) tapped two bars in the second round and eventually deleted this result as well. Jonna Ekberg and Calypso de Beaufour (by Diamant de Semilly) had a clear round, but got a fault in the second round.
