Andrew Kocher accused of using electric spurs

The American rider Andrew Kocher has been accused of using electric spurs. Several pictures seem to prove it. The French website GRANDPRIX investigated the case. Kocher himself didn't want to react.

A few days ago, the redaction of GRANDPRIX was contacted by a person who stated Kocher was using an electric devise to ride his horses. Using this system; the rider can give electric shocks to his horses by using a button that the rider has in his hand. Using this technique, the spurs of a rider can give electric shocks to a horse. The horse in this way is forced to run forwards, so it can be 'useful' for horses that don't want to jump.

The person who contacted GRANDPRIX send a video explaining the way the spurs work. The redaction of GRANDPRIX investigated some pictures of Koch and came to the conclusion that Kocher might have something in his hand, with a cable around is right wrist. Kocher did not want to react.
