Jumping rider José Fumero camped for two months at the Sunshine Tour

The jumping rider José Fumero, who lives in Belgium, camped at the Sunshine Tour for two months now.

José Fumero broke his shoulder right before the lockdown in Spain started. Only few days after, the borders closed so the Spanish rider couldn't return to Belgium. He has been camping at the Sunshine Tour in South-Spain ever since.

He didn't have a groom with him in times of the accident and he couldn't drive the car himself. His shoulder has healed right now thanks to 'Facetiming his physiotherapist', Fumero states. He was responsible for eleven horses but he couldn't take care of the horse himself because of the accident. Most horses have been relocated; but still four horses are staying in the location right now.

Fumero states that 50 horses are still living in the stables of the Sunshine Tour right now. Right now he's back in Belgium.
