Pénélope Leprevost: "I spend two months with my daughter and my horses"

The French lady rider Pénélope Leprevost told in an interview that she kept on working very hard during this lockdown period. "I used this extra time to become a combination with my new horses. I prepared them for the season, getting them ready for when the competitions will resume".

The French top rider has recently added three new horses to her stables: Bingo Del Tondou (f. Vigo D'Arsouilles), Careca LS Elite (f. Carusso LS La Silla) and Bolero de Beaufour (f. Nabab de Reve). She therefore states lockdown wasn't too bad for her after all: 'I can't complain. I spend the last two months with my daughter and my horses. I used this extra time to train my less experienced horses. My top horses got a well-deserved break. I'm looking forward to start competing again and to start jumping at the highest level", she continues.

"The next couple of weeks I will be jumping with my younger horses in Deauville. This is good for them, since you can compare their progress with the other horses".
