This week it is Karline De Brabander who will report her participation at the German worldcup competition in Leipzig. On Wednesday 11.30pm Karline and her boyfriend, Geoffry Cobbaut, departed for the CSI in Leipzig, a 700km drive.  The reason they left so late? Well the traffic is much quieter at that moment, and when you arrive it is 8.30am, perfect before rush hour. "After a good vet check I started competing in the first competition. At 4pm the young horses competed (7 years and 8 years-old horses). I got one rail down on fence number 8. My horse is still inexperienced but he has a golden heart," states Karline. "Later that night I calmed down my nerves and started with the 1.45m warm-up competition. This with my old friend, Elvis vanter Putte. Unfortunately we had the last fence down, but the ride was amazing. He feels good and I have high expectations for this weekend..."
