After the Nations Cup event in Oud-Heverlee, Belgium last month, the international Student Riders battled it out in Poland last week. A total of twelve nations were represented together with an 'oldies' team.

Experience proved to be the key to succes as Belgium's Kevin Scholliers, Spain's Javier De Wit and Netherland's Milou Anthonisse claimed the overall victory riding as oldies in both dressage and show jumping.  With a second place in Dressage and top ten place in show jumping Kevin Scholliers also returned home with the individual gold medal.

However the non-official teams do not participate for the President's ranking. Germany took home to necessary ranking points finishing second. The Netherlands completed the stage. Spain and France finished fifth and sixth but took the points of the third and fourth place.

Individually it was Kevin Scholliers who rode to victory. France's new student rider, Krystel Vilain followed in a second place. vilain finished third in Dressage and just outside the top ten in the show jumping part. Rieke Herkenhoff completed the individual stage.
