CSI Gothenburg: Kevin Staut shows top class and takes the victory in speed class
In Gothenburg, the last class of today has just ended. It was a 1,50m class, ridden against the clock. 32 riders took the opportunity to collect points for the Longines Ranking and started in this class.

Everyone rode very fast, but in the end it was the French top rider Kevin Staut who took the victory. He and his 11-year old mare Ayade de Septon et HDC (f. Wandor vd Mispelaere) crossed the finish line in 63,39 seconds. With this he beat the Dutch rider Leopold van Asten. Van Asten rode a very fast, clear round with VDL Groep Miss Untouchable (f. Chacco-Blue), but in the end his 64,28 seconds weren't enough for the victory Piergiorgio Bucci and Cassallo Z (f. Casall) completed the top three. The 13-year old stallion kept the wood untouched and finished in 64,43 seconds.

The second place went to the German rider Marcus Ehning. He rode the 12-year old Comme Il Faut (f. Cornet Obolensky) to the finish in 65,63 seconds. The Spanis rider Eduardo QAlavrez Anar and Rokfeller de Pleville Bis Mar (f. L'Arc de Triomphe) completed the top five.
