Italy for the win during first class in Paris - Saut Hermès
The CSI5* in Paris kicked of with a 1m45 class with 2 phases.
The first winner of the opener of the competition in Paris in the "Grand Palais" during the CSI5* Saut Hermes was Emanuele Gaudino. For Italy, Emanuele and Carlotta 232 (v. Chaccomo) finished in a unbeatable time of 28,35 seconds.
Louise Saywell (GBR) came in second with her 14-year old Acorado I stallion Peiter v. They tried to beat the time of Emanuele but were a second slower with a time of 29,77 seconds.

The top three was completed with Max Kühner, one of Austria's best riders. For this class he tacked up Chardonnay 79, a 10-year old Clarimo Stallion out of a Corrado I mare and was able to finish in a quick time of 32,51 seconds.

Another wel known rider in this top 5 was Romain Duguet. With Tipsy du Terral (v. Toulon) he stayed clear in a time of 33,79 seconds.
Ben Asselin completed the top 5 with his 9-year old Cornado gelding Cool Feeling. They crossed the finishline at 34,73 seconds.
