Lauren Hough keeps the English from victory in Hickstead
It's America's Lauren Hough who kept the English from winning in the 1m50 in Hickstead during the two phases competition. Together with her Dutch Warmblood mare Adara (by Royal Bravour) she jumped a clear round in 42.20 seconds and took home the win.

It where the English who were dominating the rest of the top five with a second place for Matthew Sampson and his Jaguar vd Berghoeve (by Emerald van 't Ruytershof) with whom he finished in 42.24 seconds, followed by Robert Smith and his Bavi (by Balou du Rouet) in third place with 42.99 seconds on the clock.

In fourth place it was Robert Whitaker and his Noble Warrior (by Warrior) who put up a great fight and finished in 43.79 seconds. Completing the top five was Spencer Roe and his Dutch Warmblood Wonder Why (by Padinus) with whom he finished in 44.09 seconds.
