Record price of 1.5 million for PSI auction top sale horse, Ferrari
This weekend the 37th edition of the P.S.I. auction was held in Germany. Aaccording to the organisators Paul Schockemöhle and Ulli Kasselmann the auction turned out to be a huge success. In total 48 horses were sold and this for a total amount of 16,501,000 euro. The third auctioned horse from the auction became highest-priced horse of the auction. The four-year-old Oldenburg stallion Ferrari (Foundation x Hotline) who already won the stallion division at the Oldenburg National Tournament in Rastede, made an exceptional appearance at the auction. Eventually Ferrari switched owner for no less than 1,500,000 euro.

The new owner of Ferrari will be the  responsible for the Dressage Ducal Stables in Luxembourg. They all look forward to further trainings with this exceptional sire.

Revenant (Rock Forever x Sir Donnerhal) became the second most expensive auctioned horse. This dressage stallion was before nominated 2016 national champion in Westphalia. He was bought by Bavarian Stud Ammerland for a total of 1,100,000 euro.

The most exceptional show jumping horse turned out to be Chaconeta (Chacco-Blue x Cornet Obolensky). This six-year old mare already won the 2016 “Deister” Show Jumping Championships. She will move to Switzerland for an amount of 960,000 euro.
