To celebrate nearly two decades of changing the lives of children in need, JustWorld is calling on equestrians to join the return of the popular in-person fundraising event in Wellington, The Nineteenth Annual JustWorld Gala, to be held on Friday, March 11, 2022. The long-standing, annual event celebrates and applauds the positive change JustWorld and its supporters have made in the lives of children who need it most.
The JustWorld Gala attracts the equestrian industry’s top riders, trainers, and supporters - in addition to important members of the community who support the JustWorld mission. The evening is packed full with a variety of ways individuals and businesses alike can support the JustWorld education and nutrition programs that currently serve nearly 10,000 children. “After taking the event virtual last year, we're so excited to gather in person at the highly anticipated Annual JustWorld Gala,” shared JustWorld Founder and President Jessica Newman.
“There truly is noplace like Wellington, and it will be special to come together in person this season.” The theme for the evening will be inspired by The Wizard of Oz. Festive decor, food, drinks, and specialty entertainment will bring the theme to life thanks to Jenny Oz LeRoy and JustWorld Gala co-presenting sponsor, Maxwell’s Plum. The night will offer guests a variety of philanthropic opportunities, including a one-of-a-kind live and silent auction. Caryl Philips and Frank Zeiss are returning as the JustWorld Gala co-presenting sponsor, and Voltaire Design will also continue their commitment. “We truly cherish our partnerships. It’s an honor to have their support year after year,” said Newman. “Partners like Maxwell’s Plum, Caryl Philips and Frank Zeiss, and Voltaire Design allow JustWorld to grow and help more children in more countries. About Maxwell's Plum
Maxwell’s Plum, a New York City icon will open its first location in Wellington, Florida in December 2021. In the heat of the sixties Warner LeRoy created Maxwell's Plum, a new flavor of culinary experience in New York City at 64th and 1st Avenue. As a member of the Warner Brothers family, he combined whimsical theatrics with a sophisticated palette to create what would become a New York Legend.
