Three hundred competitors and horses, including three Olympic medallists, will attend the Canberra International Horse Trials at Equestrian Park in Curtin on 4 and 5 October. On Sunday, the 3* horses will gallop over 3.7 km, jump 35 obstacles with a tight time to chase. A spectacular display of top class horse sport, the Canberra International Horse Trials committee are proud to announce the attendance of three Australian Olympic medallists, Megan Jones Beijing 2008 Silver, Shane Rose Beijing 2008 Silver and Stuart Tinney Sydney 2000 Gold. These Olympians will compete for the prestigious FEI CIC3* Title in Canberra throughout the course of the event. Local event ambassador and World Games reserve Natalie Blundell will be on hand to show people around the event.
