Alain Jufer and Dante MM win Swiss Championships

In Ascona, not only international jumping takes place. During the CSI4* competition, the Swiss championship is also on the schedule. Afterward, Alain Jufer crowned himself the new champion.

On Friday Bryan Balsiger and the 9-year-old Zangersheide-mare, Scarlina de Tiji Z took the lead winning the 1.50m Speed and Handiness. The pair jumped two rails down today placing seventh in the final ranking.

In the end it was Alain Jufer and the 12-year-old gelding, Dante MM (Diarado) who jumped to victory. The pair kicked-off the finals in a third position and eventually claimed the gold medal after two clear rounds.

On stage, Anthony Bourquard and the 9-year-old Ecuador de la Cense (Kannan) followed as runner-up. Adrian Schmid completed the stage aboard Chicharito (Casalito).
