Since 2010 it has been France's Aymeric de Ponnat who competed Armitages Boy. Now one of France's most famous show jumpers moves to Belgium's Stephex stables. Last August de stallion was for sale through an online auction. After an offer of 2.8 Million Euro's the sale didn't go through as the owners of the sire expected more. Since the online auction Aymeric and Armitages Boy have only competed at three competitions. The combination took the start at the CSI3* in Saint Lo and at two national competitions in Mans, France. Nevertheless they still proved to be the best, finishing 3rd in the 1.50m Grand Prix Pro Elite. Aymeric and Armitages Boy wrote history competing and wining the FEI Nations Cup finals in Barcelona in 2013 as well as the Nations Cup edition in La Baule.

Aymeric already stated: "Armitages Boy is ready for the next step in his adventure. He will soon move to Stefan Conter's stables in Belgium. For me a new chapter can begin. I just hope 'Mimi' will bring his new rider as much pleasure as he brought me. Thank you for everything 'Mimi'"
Armitages Boy moves to Stephex Stables with the intention of a sale. Through Stephan Conter's connections the owners hope to find a new buyer.
