Ashford Farm sells two top horses

World Of Show jumping reports the sale of Ashford Farm's Ellavar X and Vera. It will be Vincent Voorn who takes over Ellavar X. The 6-year-old mare by Calvaro Z x Clearway won the silver medal at the FEI Breeding Jumping Championships in September with Marlon Zanotelli in the saddle. The promising mare has been purchased by the Kleer-family, who has given Voorn the horse to ride and develop for the future. Voorn's Swedish student Elina Petersson has also made a purchase at Ashford Farm, and will be the new rider of Marlon's mount Vera. The 10-year-old mare by Contender x Corrado II, who was produced by the owners' daughter Regine Eikelid, has had some good results with Marlon in the saddle - taking wins at Olympia, as well as in Stockholm and Oslo last year to mention some.
