Bucci's Carpe Diem J&F Champblanc passed away

Italian show jumping rider, Piergiorgio Bucci has announced the passing away of the approved sire Carpe Diem J&F Champbanc. The son of Casall has suddenly passed away at age 11-year-old.

The pair competed its last international competition last month at the CSIO4* and CSI5* in Wellington, placing in the top ten. Together with the stallion Bucci collected ten international placings on stage, amongst others at the CSIO5* in Sankt Gallen, Switzerland.

The combination also secured an Italian victory in the Polish Nations cup and won the CSI3* Grand Prix in Vilamoura.

The BWP-approved stallion already has a breeding career with his first offspring competing at a 1.30m level.
