Casello sold to Ludger Beerbaum

Last weekend we announced the troubles for Swedish show jumper, Douglas Lindelöw. Not only got he suspended by the Swedish federation, the co-owner of his Grand Prix horse demanded about 1 million Euro to buy him out. Lindelöw had until today to come up with the money. A couple of days ago Jan Tops offered a total of 2.4 million Euro for the 12-year-old Casall son. The idea was to put the horse with one of the Qatar-riders in training with the Dutch Equestrian. Eventually it has been Germany's living legend, top rider Ludger Beerbaum who acquired the horse. The future of the horse and prospects are yet unknown.
